Ms Grace Newland is a Research Fellow at the School of Psychology, The University of Queensland, with a focus on substance use disorders and mental health. Her work spans trauma-informed care, implementation research, and public health approaches to addiction treatment.

Recent work explores digital transformation of outcome monitoring, trauma-informed residential treatment, and age-specific treatment outcomes. Collaborations include multidisciplinary teams across Australia. Thesis: 2018 Honours Thesis on stereotype threat among women in law enforcement.
