Associate Professor Grace Li serves as the Associate Dean (Internationalisation) at the Faculty of Law, University of Technology Sydney. With a PhD in Law and over two decades of experience since 2001, she holds concurrent appointments at universities in China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, and Germany. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (China), Master of Laws, Graduate Certificates in Higher Education Teaching and Business Administration from UTS.
Grace Li's research focuses on legal education, telecommunications regulation, international comparative law, and corporate law. Her work critically examines

- Telecom consumer protection frameworks
- Corporate governance norms
- Privacy law development
- State-corporate collaboration in digital infrastructure
Her recent publications analyze U.S. sanctions on Chinese military companies, algorithmic transparency in Chinese ICT, and telecom self-regulation mechanisms. Awards include the Australian Ambassador’s Award for Women in Leadership (2023) and multiple teaching grants. She supervises Masters and PhD students and contributes to editorial boards and international arbitration.
