Grace Chi is a Professor of Nursing at Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan. She serves as the Curriculum Committee Chair in the School of Nursing and is the current President of the Eta Zeta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Her research focuses on integrating music relaxation therapies into clinical settings for pain and anxiety management in gynecologic oncology, alongside studying servant leadership's impact on job burnout in Christian healthcare institutions. She has conducted randomized controlled trials and structural equation modeling analyses, emphasizing holistic and complementary wellness approaches.
Dr. Chi's publications and presentations highlight her work in patient-centered care, oncology nursing, and healthcare leadership. She has received the Scientific Poster Award and the International Research Dissertation Award from Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
