Golam M. Mathbor serves as Interim Dean and Professor at Monmouth University's School of Social Work while holding international leadership roles as Vice-President of the International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW) (2024-2028) and President of the North America Caribbean Association of Schools of Social Work (NACASSW). He also serves as Visiting Professor at the University of Malaya's Department of Social Administration and Justice.

He maintains active memberships in NADD, NASW, and CSWE while leveraging fluency in English and Bangla for international collaboration.
