Golam M. Mathbor serves as Interim Dean and Professor at Monmouth University's School of Social Work while holding international leadership roles as Vice-President of the International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW) (2024-2028) and President of the North America Caribbean Association of Schools of Social Work (NACASSW). He also serves as Visiting Professor at the University of Malaya's Department of Social Administration and Justice.

He emphasizes cross-cultural approaches to social work education and policy implementation in global contexts, particularly addressing leadership development challenges in academic and nonprofit settings.
Professional Contributions: As Chair of CSWE's Commission on Global Social Work Education and member of CSWE's Board of Directors, he shapes international social work standards. His editorial role with the International Journal of Social Policy and Society and advisory position with the Katherine A. Kendall Institute advance global social work scholarship. He maintains active memberships in NADD, NASW, and CSWE while leveraging fluency in English and Bangla for international collaboration.
