Goery Genty is a Professor at Tampere University's Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, leading the Ultrafast Photonics research group. He holds dual roles as Director of the Academy of Finland's Flagship for Photonics Research and Innovation (PREIN), Director of the Finnish national infrastructure FinnLight, and Director of the International MSc Program in Photonics Technologies.
