Professor Godfray Hugh Charles Jonathan serves as the Hope Professor in the Department of Zoology at the University of Oxford. His distinguished academic career spans over three decades with significant leadership roles including Director of the NERC Centre for Population Biology (1999-2006) and Head of the Division of Biology (2004-2006) at Imperial College London. He has established himself as a leading figure in ecological and evolutionary sciences with substantial contributions to both theoretical and applied aspects of his field.
