Dr. Glenn McRae is Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Carleton University. His research spans nuclear materials science and bioenergy technologies, including delayed hydride cracking in zirconium alloys and electron-beam conversion of biomass to biofuels.
Current Projects: Mo-100 targets for medical isotope production; failure analysis of nuclear reactor components; and development of polymeric biofuels from waste biomass.
