Glenn Ellison is the Gregory K. Palm (1970) Professor of Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His research spans Economic Theory, Industrial Organization, Education Policy, and Market Dynamics.
Recent work includes analyses of housing markets, epidemiological modeling, and educational outcomes. His 2024 studies on home rental platforms and SIR models for pandemics highlight interdisciplinary applications of economics.
