Giuseppe Resnati

Giuseppe Resnati is a Full Professor of Chemistry at Politecnico di Milano, where he has held academic positions since 1998 (Associate Professor 1998-2001, Full Professor 2001-present). He also serves as University Associate at both the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) since 2011 and the National Research Council (CNR) since 2006.

His educational background includes a Laurea in Chemistry from the University of Milan (1979) and a Ph.D. in Industrial Chemistry from Politecnico di Milano (1986). Earlier career positions included Research Assistant at Farmitalia Carlo Erba (1980-1982) and First Researcher at CNR (1982-1998).

Professor Resnati's research is characterized by pioneering work in multiple chemistry subfields:
