Giuseppe Arconzo is a Full Professor of Constitutional Law at Milan State University, specializing in disability rights, regional law, and social inclusion. He leads the Empowerment of persons with disability project at Human Hall and serves as the Rector’s delegate for disability and handicap at Milan State University, as well as the Delegate for accessibility policies for the City of Milan.
His research focuses on Constitutional Law, Social Rights, and Regional and Local Government Law, with a multidisciplinary approach to inclusion. He coordinates the postgraduate course in Rights and Inclusion of People with Disabilities in a Multidisciplinary Perspective and has authored publications on these topics.

Arconzo has acted as a Study Assistant at the Constitutional Court (2019–2021) and has been a registered lawyer with the Milan Bar since 2006. His work aligns with initiatives like the MUSA - Multilayered Urban Sustainability Action project funded by the European Union.
