Dr. Giulio Nannetti is a Lecturer at Swansea University Medical School, specializing in Pharmacy. He holds a Master’s in Medical Biotechnologies (University of Siena) and a PhD in Biomedicine (University of Padua). His research focuses on antiviral drug discovery, targeting viral protein-protein interactions for influenza, dengue, and norovirus infections. Notably, he received the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship (2018) for developing antiviral drugs against dengue virus. He teaches modules including Foundations of Pharmacy Practice and contributes to the MPharm program’s patient-centered learning modules.
