Giuliano Migliori is an Assistant Professor of Teaching in the Department of French and Italian at The Ohio State University. He specializes in Italian and French literature, cinema/media studies, ecocriticism, environmental humanities, and migration studies. His research explores bodily representations, environmental dynamics, and socio-political resistance in modern and contemporary Italian culture. He teaches courses on eco-cinema, Italian-American literature, and language pedagogy.

Research Interests: As a cultural eco-historian and media scholar, Migliori investigates environmental humanities, posthumanism, and the intersection of ecology with migration and identity. His book manuscript, Bodies that Matter in Postwar Italy, traces sensorial and sociopolitical narratives through Italian literature and media. He also explores Mediterranean ecologies and eco-pedagogy, contributing to platforms like EcoModLand and Greening Modern Languages.
