Giovanni Galeoto is a Research Fellow at the Department of Public Health and Infectious Diseases, Sapienza University of Rome, and a PhD candidate at its Department of Human Neuroscience. He holds teaching roles as Lecturer in the Master’s Degree Course in Rehabilitation Sciences and the Master’s Degree in Coordination of Health Professions (both at Sapienza University of Rome), as well as in the Physiotherapy Degree Course at Tor Vergata University. His academic journey includes a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (2006) and a Master’s in Rehabilitation Health Professions (2010), both from Sapienza University of Rome.
Research interests focus on epidemiology, rehabilitation in orthopedics and neurology, and validation of measuring tools. He has authored 28 peer-reviewed articles, yielding an H-index of 6 (Scopus). He contributes to the Editorial Board of International Journal of Neurology and Neurotherapy and is a member of the Nursing Research Unit at Sapienza, directed by Prof. Julita Sansoni.
Award highlights include two 2017 research project victories through Sapienza’s 'University Calls for Proposals'. His work bridges clinical practice with academic research, emphasizing evidence-based methodologies in rehabilitation sciences.
