Giorgio Colacchio

Giorgio Colacchio is an Associate Professor in the Department of Legal Sciences at the University of Salento, Italy. He specializes in Political Economy and holds a PhD in History of Economic Doctrines from the University of Florence (1997), with a thesis titled “Beyond Neoclassical Theory: Increasing Returns in Allyn A. Young”, recognized as particularly worthy by the Italian Society of Economists. He earned his Laurea in Political Science (Political-Economic major) in 1992 and a High School Diploma in Science in 1983. His academic roles include Research Fellow at the University of Salento’s Department of Legal Studies and Post-doctoral fellow at the University of Bologna’s Department of Economics.
