Ginny Roberts

Ginny Roberts is a Lecturer in Adult Nursing within the Department of Nursing at the University of Winchester, and concurrently serves as Senior Lecturer in Simulated Learning in the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing. Her roles involve advancing educational practices through digital innovation and experiential learning.

She founded and chaired the Computer and Technology Assisted Education Special Interest Group (2020–2021), now integrated into the University's Digital Health Forum. Her research interests focus on virtualized nursing placements, virtual/augmented reality in healthcare education, gamification, and simulation-based nurse education. She collaborates internationally to provide nursing students with cross-regional healthcare practice opportunities.

Ginny actively promotes digital health integration in higher education, advocating for virtual and augmented reality applications, and leads initiatives in education innovation. Her work emphasizes bridging technology and healthcare training to enhance experiential learning outcomes.
