Gillian Alcolado, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Clinical Health Psychology at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. She is also a clinical psychologist at the Anxiety Disorders Clinic of St. Boniface Hospital.
- Clinical Focus: Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) for anxiety and related disorders
- Research Interests: Novel cognitive therapy interventions for compulsive checking, CBT for perinatal anxiety disorders, brief large-group CBT, and emotion regulation changes post-CBT for PTSD

- Dr. John Arnett Excellence in Teaching Award (2022)
Education: PhD in Clinical Psychology (2015) and MA in Psychology (2010) from Concordia University; BSc (2006) from Dalhousie University.
