Gigi Acker

Gigi Acker is a part-time Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition, Food Science and Packaging at San José State University and also teaches at De Anza College. She is the owner of NutritionInsights, providing nutrition-focused seminars and cooking classes to major corporations like Cisco Systems, Yahoo, and American Express. With over 20 years of experience in nutrition education, she has also conducted television and radio appearances in more than 30 cities.
