Germain N. Pichop is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Harland C. Stonecipher School of Business, ECU. He joined ECU in August 2020, bringing extensive experience from roles as Professor and Chair of the Business Department at Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC), Co-Director of the Center of Excellence in International Business, and Socio-economic Fellow at WorldVeg (AVRDC). He has also taught at Oklahoma Christian University and the University of Oklahoma.

- Master's Degree in International Affairs and International Marketing (International Relations Institute of Cameroon)
- Post Graduate Diploma from Emeritus Institute of Management in collaboration with MIT Executive Education and Columbia Business School
- Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
Dr. Pichop’s research focuses on the digital transformation of business organizations, including blockchain technologies, data analytics, value chain analysis, quality management, and digital business strategies. His teaching portfolio spans Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and Strategies.
He has received multiple accolades, including the NISOD Teaching Excellence Award (2015) and dual ACBSP Excellence in Teaching Awards (2018). He is actively involved in professional organizations such as the ACBSP Board of Directors and Kappa Beta Delta International Honor Society.
Dr. Pichop also contributes to socio-economic research and consulting, with past roles at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the International Centre for Forestry Research (CIFOR). He previously served as Past-Chair of the ACBSP Associate Degree Commission.
