Gerhard de Haan is a Professor of Futures and Educational Research at the Free University of Berlin since 2011, where he has been a faculty member since 1991. He serves as Director of the Institute for Educational Futures Research and as Scientific Director of the Master's program in Futures Studies. His academic work spans educational science, psychology, and sociology with a strong focus on sustainability and future-oriented approaches to education.
