Geraldine M. Parsons is a Senior Lecturer in Celtic and Gaelic Studies at the University of Glasgow. Her research focuses on medieval and early modern Gaelic literature, particularly the Fíanaigecht (Finn Cycle) corpus centered on Finn mac Cumaill. She is renowned for her work on the Acallam na Senórach and the manuscripts of Rev. James McLagan. Parsons holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and has held visiting professorships at the University of Connecticut and Balliol College, Oxford.
