Georgios Kouroupetroglou

Professor Georgios Kouroupetroglou is a leading academic at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), serving as Professor in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications. He holds significant roles including President of the Association for the Advancement of Assistive Technology in Europe (AAATE) and membership in the European Academy of Sciences and Arts. His research focuses on digital accessibility, voice processing, assistive technologies for disabilities, and music computing. He has pioneered initiatives such as the 'Accessibility Unit' and the Speech and Accessibility Research Laboratory at NKUA.
