Georgina Donati is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre for Brain and Cognitive Development, Birkbeck, University of London. Her interdisciplinary research examines cognitive development, well-being, and early adversity through multi-method approaches.

Research spans global child development studies, motor-sensory cognition, and adolescent mental health assessment. Current projects include: Harnessing Global Data Collaborative examining early childhood investments; BRC Mental Health developing youth mental health tools; Baby Grow Project identifying early developmental markers; and COHORTS consortium analyzing early adversity impacts.
Publications investigate parental well-being effects on child development, evolutionary foundations of cognition, and rights-based frameworks for early childhood care. Research employs diverse methodologies including wearable sensors, neuroimaging, and cross-species comparative analysis.
Awards include funding from Simons Foundation, Wellcome Trust, and NERC supporting innovative interdisciplinary approaches to developmental science.
