Georgi Boyarov

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arch. Georgi Boyarov serves at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) within the Faculty of Architecture's Department of Urban Planning. He maintains regular office hours on Mondays and Tuesdays from 12:00 to 14:00 in cabinet A1017.

His research focuses on:

• Urban Planning and Urban Renewal
• Airport Planning and Development
• Landscape Architecture and Planning
• Transportation Systems Integration

Dr. Boyarov has extensive practical experience through design and construction projects across Sofia and Bulgaria in airport development, housing, public construction, and park architecture. He previously participated in international competition projects for Cyprus and Ukraine (1998-2002) and TEMPUS programs. His professional expertise is enhanced by fluency in French and Russian.

As an active Airport Planning Consultant, he contributes to infrastructure development while teaching multiple specializations including Architecture-Transport Systems, Geodesy-Park and Landscape Architecture, and Urbanism-Transport Planning. His publications appear in the Yearbook of the University of Bulgarian Architecture and Civil Engineering, 'Stroitelstvo - gradat' newspaper, and Bulgarian Academy of Sciences publications.
