George B. Richter-Addo is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Oklahoma. He holds the dual titles of George Lynn Cross Research Professor and President's Associates Presidential Professor. His research focuses on the biological inorganic chemistry of nitrogen oxides (NOx), particularly their interactions with iron-containing heme proteins like myoglobin and hemoglobin. He leads the Richter-Addo Lab, part of the Price Family Foundation Institute of Structural Biology, located in the Stephenson Life Sciences Research Center (SLSRC).
