Marianthi Georgallidou is a Professor at the Department of Mediterranean Studies, School of Humanities, University of the Aegean. She holds a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Athens and has been actively engaged in education since 1987, specializing in sociolinguistics, discourse analysis, and bilingualism. Her teaching responsibilities include courses such as Discourse Analysis and Sociolinguistic Approaches.
