Geoffrey M. Voelker is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). His research focuses on computer systems, networking, cybersecurity, and distributed systems, with a strong emphasis on experimental and empirical methodologies. Voelker holds a B.S. in EECS from UC Berkeley (1992) and M.S./Ph.D. in CSE from the University of Washington (1995/2000).
