Geoff Knott

Geoff Knott is a Research Fellow in Spacecraft Structures Design at the University of Surrey, where he completed his PhD in Mechanical Engineering in 2018. He holds a BSc in Astrophysics from Aberystwyth University (2013) and is currently building his startup HOP® focused on edible insect-based sustainable protein solutions.
