Professor Gemma Figtree is a leading academic in cardiovascular research and clinical practice at the University of Sydney's Northern Clinical School and Kolling Institute of Medical Research. She holds a Professorial appointment in Medicine and co-leads the Sydney Health Partners Cardiovascular Theme. Her research focuses on mechanisms of coronary artery disease, biomarker discovery, and novel therapies, with translational emphasis on precision medicine and clinical trials.
