Geir Aamodt

Geir Aamodt is a Professor in the Department of Public Health Sciences at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). His research focuses on environmental epidemiology, particularly how urban and natural environments—such as green spaces, noise, water quality, and health-promoting facilities—affect human health. He extensively uses geographic information systems (GIS) and Norwegian national health registries in his work.
