Gaëtan Cortes

Gaëtan Cortes is a Researcher at the Computational Solid Mechanics Laboratory under the School of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering (ENAC) at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).

His research interests span Solid Mechanics, Computational Mechanics, and Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on advanced numerical methods and multi-physics modeling in solid mechanics applications.

He is also affiliated with EPFL's Doctoral Program in Mechanics (EDME), combining his roles as both a student and a research staff member.
