Gavin J. Milczarek-Desai is an Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Executive Director of the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic at the James E. Rogers College of Law, University of Arizona. He joined the faculty in late 2019 after a 20-year career in private practice focusing on patent and trademark law, representing clients across biomedical, agrichemical, and mechanical innovation sectors.
