Gaspare Viviani

Gaspare Viviani is a Full Professor of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Palermo. He has authored over 250 papers focusing on mathematical simulation models for wastewater treatment, efficiency analysis of treatment plants, stormwater pollution control, water body analysis, river and lake quality modeling, marine pollutant diffusion, landfill leachate studies, and contaminated soil remediation. He coordinates national research projects and serves on university boards and conference committees.
