Gary Thomas

Gary Thomas serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, where he also holds the position of Chief of the Division of Neuroimmunology. He directs Penn State Health's comprehensive multiple sclerosis center, providing specialized care for patients with various neuroimmunological conditions including multiple sclerosis, neurosarcoidosis, neuromyelitis optica, and paraneoplastic disorders.

Dr. Thomas has extensive training and certifications, including board certification in clinical neurophysiology and neurophysiology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, along with multiple specialized certifications from Penn State University.
