Dr. Gary Chung is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Ophthalmology, University College London (UCL). His research focuses on the pathology of Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD), employing spatial transcriptomics, electron microscopy, and patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) assays. He has expertise in lipid biology, organelle membrane contacts, and molecular imaging techniques.
