Dr. Gary Blau is a Professor and Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Management at Temple University's Fox School of Business. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Cincinnati (1982). He has served as Chair of the HRM Department and Assistant Dean for both MBA and PhD programs, and currently mentors in the Fox DBA program.
