Garima is a Lecturer at the UWA Business School, currently pursuing a Ph.D. Her work focuses on Agri-Food Supply Chain Optimization, Choice Modeling, and Simulation. She holds a Master’s in Transport Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, and a Bachelor’s in Planning from Vijayawara. Previously, she served as an Assistant Professor at School of Planning and Architecture Bhopal (2019–2022) and as a consultant for IPE Global Limited (2018–2019). Her research contributes to UN SDGs related to sustainable infrastructure and economic development.
Garima’s research expertise spans Transport Planning, Travel Behaviour, Land Use Policy, and Modelling. She has published on topics like grain supply chains, urban logistics, and e-tailing impacts. Her work bridges theoretical models with practical applications in infrastructure development, particularly in India’s public and private sectors.
She has been awarded the UWA International Fee Scholarship and UWA Postgraduate Award. Her consulting experience includes collaborating with government organizations on large-scale infrastructure projects, reflecting her commitment to policy-driven solutions. Garima teaches courses in logistics, port planning, and simulation applications.
