Gail Berger is a Clinical Professor at Northwestern University, holding academic affiliations with the Kellogg School of Management, McCormick School of Engineering, and the School of Communication. She also serves as Deputy Director of the Center for Executive Women at Kellogg. Her expertise spans leadership development, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and executive coaching, with a focus on fostering organizational and individual effectiveness. Berger holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from Kellogg, a M.Ed. from Loyola University, and a B.A./B.S. from Boston University.
Her research emphasizes practical applications of leadership and team strategies, including talent development, organizational culture transformation, and executive coaching methodologies. She has published in leading journals and presented at national conferences, with notable works exploring performance appraisals, CSR initiatives, and group decision-making barriers.
