Dr. Gad Saad is a Visiting Professor at Northwood University and holds a concurrent Professorship in Marketing at Concordia University (Montreal, Canada). He is a globally recognized scholar in evolutionary psychology applied to consumer behavior, having pioneered interdisciplinary research at the intersection of evolutionary biology, marketing, and social sciences. His work bridges academic rigor with public engagement, evidenced by his international bestseller The Parasitic Mind and his podcast The Saad Truth with 9.4 million downloads.
Awarded the 2000 Distinguished Teaching Award from Concordia’s Faculty of Commerce, he was repeatedly honored as Concordia’s Newsmaker of the Week (2011–2015) and co-recipient of the 2015 President’s Media Outreach Award.
