Gabriel Weber is a Professor at the Technische Hochschule Rosenheim's Faculty of Interior Architecture, Architecture and Design IAD. He holds the academic rank of Professor and serves as Vice Dean for Design and Construction, overseeing laboratory management for multiple facilities including the Laboratory for Model Making IAD, Laser Lab, Sens Lab, TechTex Lab, and Design Research Lab. His roles extend to academic governance as Chairman of the Examination Board for the Bachelor's degree programmes in Interior Architecture and Architecture, Member of the Senate, and Member of the Faculty Board.
His research interests focus on Product Design and Furniture Design, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary design research and hands-on model-making practices. The laboratories under his management support material experimentation, digital fabrication, and sensory design exploration.
He teaches courses such as Object 3, Project 2, and the Specialised elective module: Sens Lab, integrating technical innovation with spatial design methodologies.
