Gabriel Heringer Negreira

Dr. Gabriel Heringer Negreira is affiliated with the Experimental Parasitology department at the University of Antwerp, Belgium. His research focuses on genomic mechanisms of drug resistance in parasites, particularly Leishmania species. He completed his PhD in 2023, investigating aneuploidy and mosaicism in Leishmania survival strategies.
