Gabor Kismihok

Gabor Kismihok is a researcher affiliated with the Leibniz Universität Hannover, leading the Learning and Skill Analytics Lab at the Technische Informationsbibliothek (TIB). He holds a PhD in Management Science (Information Management) from the University of Amsterdam (2012). His roles include coordinating the FP7 MSCA ITN Eduworks project and founding the Center for Job Knowledge Research at the University of Amsterdam. He currently focuses on multidisciplinary research addressing education-labor market alignment, AI-driven learning environments, and sustainable career development in digital contexts.
