Fredrick R. Schumacher

Dr. Fredrick R. Schumacher is an Associate Professor in the Department of Population and Quantitative Health Sciences at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He also serves as Co-Leader of the Population and Cancer Prevention Program at the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center and Faculty at the Cleveland Institute for Computational Biology. His research focuses on genetic epidemiology, particularly the inherited genetic architecture of complex traits, shared genetic etiology of phenotypes, and clinical impact of genomics, with a primary emphasis on cancer (especially prostate cancer).
