Frederike Reimold

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Frederike Reimold is a Professor of Food Technology/Food Economics at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences. She leads the Meat and Fish Technology Laboratory and serves as a decentralized women's representative in Faculty FB1. Her expertise includes meat and fish technology, production of low-fat meat products, fat substitutes, and reduction measures. She is a board member of ttz Bremerhaven e.V.
