Frazer Musonda is a Doctoral Researcher at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research - UFZ, Department of Bioenergy since 2017. He holds a Master's Degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Linköping University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Copperbelt University (2007-2011).
- Research Focus: Systems modeling for bioenergy and bioeconomy futures, resource allocation optimization, greenhouse gas mitigation strategies
- Key Projects: BEPASO, SYMOBIO, BENOPT (BioENergy Optimization Model)
His work integrates Bioenergy with Circular Economy principles through publications in GCB Bioenergy, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Sustainability. As part of the award-winning EE-Monitor development team, he contributes to nature-compatible renewable energy transition analysis.
