Frauke Reitemeier

Dr. Frauke Reitemeier is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English Literature and Cultural Studies within the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Göttingen. She specializes in historical novels, Scottish literature, and the reception of Scottish authors like Scott and Burns in Germany. Her research also explores German historiographies of English literature and the intersections of literature with cultural industries.

Her teaching includes courses such as 'Introduction to the Study of British Literature and Culture' and 'Foundations of the Publishing Industry,' emphasizing cultural studies methodologies.
