František Plášil is a Professor at the Department of Distributed and Reliable Systems, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague. His research focuses on distributed systems, fault-tolerant computing, and software architecture for reliable applications. He is affiliated with the D3S research group (Distributed and Dependable Systems), where he contributes to advancing robust system design and academic teaching.
