Dr. Frans Prins is an Associate Professor in Education and the Scientific Director of Educational Consultancy & Training at Utrecht University's Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences. With a PhD in Social Sciences from Leiden University (2002), his career spans over three decades in educational research and development.
