Franklin Reinow

Franklin Reinow is an Associate Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Business and Technology Management at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (New Mexico Tech). He has held this leadership role since joining the institution in Fall 2008, bringing extensive academic and professional experience in management and public administration.

His research and professional work focus on key areas in organizational effectiveness, including:

• Technology Commercialization
• Decision Analysis and Heuristics
• Strategic and Human Resources Management
• Organizational and Supervisory Improvement

Dr. Reinow has been widely engaged in practitioner-oriented activities, conducting management training workshops and seminars across the Southwest and serving as a featured speaker at numerous professional conferences. His expertise bridges academic theory and real-world application in both business and government sectors.

He previously taught management and public administration at the University of New Mexico and held administrative and managerial roles in research and development, government, and healthcare prior to his academic career.
