Frank Schiefer

Dr. Frank Schiefer is a researcher at the Institute for Particle Technology (iPAT) within the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Technische Universität Braunschweig. He currently serves as Head of the working group 'Komplexe partikuläre Systeme und Emissionen' (Complex Particulate Systems and Emissions) since 2022, and previously held leadership positions in related research groups at the Institut für Dynamik und Schwingungen (IDS).

Dr. Schiefer has been affiliated with TU Braunschweig since 1993, progressing from civil engineering student to research associate (2002-2022) before moving to his current leadership position at iPAT. His career demonstrates deep expertise in both technical domains and research management within mechanical engineering.
