Frank Maguire is a Visiting Industry Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at University College Cork since 1997. He concurrently serves as Director of RPS Group in Cork, a multidisciplinary consultancy providing planning, engineering, environmental, and architectural services across infrastructure, facilities, transport, water, marine, and energy sectors.

- Research Focus: Structural Engineering (NonLinear Analysis & Design), Sustainable Design Assessment tools, and integrated multi-disciplinary design project management.
